As a sustainable and conscious brand, we usually operate on made-to-order basis to minimize waste. We truly appreciate your understanding as this process may make RETURNS a bit more challenging.

However, if you encounter any issues with sizing or if there are any imperfections, please know that we are here to assist you! Your happiness is at the heart of what we do, and we will do our best to address any concerns.


  • Return Policy: You can return items within 7 days from the date of delivery in the original condition.
  • Condition: All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent. All items should be free of make – up or tan marks
  • Return & exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us on info.reenasharmaofficial.com.
  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges are accepted for items in unused condition and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Availability of the new size or item will depend on stock. The exchange piece must be of similar or higher value.

    - No exchange & No return on Sale items or customised order.

    -We do not entertain returns & exchanges on international orders.
